Student Essay Contests JIA SIPA The SEEA program is conducted as part of ASHA's efforts to enhance ethics education activities. Columbia University's Journal of International Affairs holds two student essay contests the Andrew Wellington Cordier Contest and the Global Public Policy Network Contest. Winning authors of both contests are published in the print issue and receive 0. Since Vol. 72, No.2, in the spring of 2019, the Journal also holds a biannual visual arts contest with a 0 prize.

Essay Contests The goal of the program is to encourage students to think about ethical decision making and create greater awareness of situations that could pose ethical dilemmas as they prepare to start careers in audiology, speech-language pathology, or speech, language, and hearing sciences. No application is required. Contest is open to students worldwide, except where void or prohibited by law. Essays must be written in English only. Entrant must be a 12th grader, college undergraduate or graduate student for any part of the school year in which the contest is held.
